Can't preview a template with connection to Qliksense App

Hi

I am trying to edit a template report in NPrinting Designer 17.1 with a connection from a QlikSense App. I can drag and drop the objects, but when I try to preview, it stays loading for a long time and finally throws the following error:

How can I solve this? Thanks in advance

I'm using QlikView Template Editor, and it gets stuck too.  Looks like the same editor.

I am having the same issue.  Able to build a template, but not preview the report.
