Need help with location of a config file

I am trying to find the loaction of the below config file. I am looking for this file to edit the endpoint address. Please advise

I believe this is a file in your project, when you are writing your own code to use the QMS API.

In the following post, the same config file is being referred to. But the location is not mentioned.

QV User Manager (for SSL)

I am trying to the edit the endpoint address which is mentioned in that post.

The file

qv-user-manager.exe.config

is in the qvusermanager11-ssl folder.

And if it still isn't there where Rob says it should be, unpack it from the same archive you got the executable from.

Since we are not using QV User Manager power tool, not sure about the location. But, your answer helped me to explore and gain knowledge on some unknown things to me. Thanks Rob.
