QS extension Variable button icon change after i upgrade to V3 ?

I notice that now QS extension variable is not working fine. Can some one advise me where go wrong ?

Hi All

I also notice one more thing , that is when i open to Stock sheet , dimension is not selected any var , and it will display error on dimension.
