QlikSense 3.0 Problem

Hello,

I just install QLikSense 3.0 on my computer !!!!

If i' have internet connexion, no problem.... QlikSense Hub open but if i have not internet connexion, impossible du open QLikSense HUB and i have the following message:

Aucun service de moteur n'est disponible pour l'application suivante: app:_hub

Somebody can help me ????

Sorry I don't understand what Julien's question but we have probably the same issue:

I am pretty sure all the services are running. And I have manually restarted them a couple of times.

Can anyone help please?

HI Julien,

Are you getting error message as"The load balancing module did not return any engine service for the following app:_hub" when you have no Internet connection?

If yes, we have noticed this issue and it has been registered as a defect QLIK-61584 in our R&D's system. I will notify you if we have more information or this will be fixed in the next service release. Please log a official case with support if you haven't done so.


If it is a different message, I would still recommend contact qlik support and raise a offical case.


From support we need case registered in system to increase the defect weight which will help get better attention from R&D.

Apologize for any inconvenience regarding this. Please make sure you have Internet connection to avoid this issue at the moment if this is a workaround. Thank you.

Thanks for quick response to this serious issue

This temporary solution you've provided is working for me. I have faced it on all setups i was doing, so i believe it is a global problem (we faced this issue on 5 different environments and setups).

I am looking forward to hearing from R&D and getting this patched.
