QS NPrinting Connection Error and Service do not start automatically

Hi,

I am recently working on the NPrinting 17.1 with QlikSense. However, even if the engine is online, I still cannot generate the cache for creating the report. And the status is either error or hold on "generating" whole day. I tried to re-install everything, restart services, but still doesn't work. I am thinking if the proxy address is wrong but is there any way to check? I am sure all related services are on....
