Hi, Jessica Tung.

Verify if the user that started services have permission of access in folders; Ex.:

<Unit>:\ProgramData\Qliktech\DistributionService

Hope this helps!

Hi Jonas, yes it does. The service account has access to the folder. It is in local admin group and qlik admin group as well. Thanks.

I changed the path from server name to localhost and the services are back, as other threads suggested.

For example: http://localhost:4730/DSC/Service

Why is that? I am confused! Thanks!

Hi Jessica,

it could be that the user profile of the Service user account has corrupted. It would be worthwhile creating a new user and assigning that to the services.
