Ports To Be Opened for connecting to SOAP URL's

Hi All,

We are trying to connect to Service NOW database using SOAP URLs.

note:

• The service now database is in cloud, we have to connect to it with Soap web services.
  • Below are the WSDL for the required tables:
    • https://gdprod.service-now.com/incident.do?WSDL
    • https://gdprod.service-now.com/change_request.do?WSDL
    • https://gdprod.service-now.com /problem.do?WSDL
    • https://gdprod.service-now.com /sc_request.do?WSDL

Now the customer has disabled the internet connectivity and changed the IP of the system from which we were connecting earlier .

After which we are not able to access these url's.

Can anybody please tell me what all ports needs to be opened to connect to the same apart from port 443.

If your soap webservices are accessed using https then all you need is port 443. Anyway, this has nothing to do with Qlikview. Ask your local friendly network administrator if you need help with this kind of network questions.
