Pivot calculations

We have 3 customers showing in the table. we want to show each customers sales in a column, then a total column for those customers.

We another column to show the 3 remaining customer totals and the last column needs to be a total of all customers.

Any help would be great...

I guess I don't understand what is Customer A, Customer B, Customer C.

You measures are just some variation of Sum(SalesAmount). Is this just a sample?
