Trying to create a link to a 'User Guide' that attches to a PDF

Hello,

I am trying to create a link with the "text and image" to go to a PDF. I don't exactly think I can put this user guide on the internet somewhere but this file is on server. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on how to make this happen?

The user guide is 33 pages. So that wouldn't work. Thanks for trying!

May be take screen shot of the user guide. Create a how to sheet and use that image in that sheet which we used to do for qlikview. Hope that helps

This is what you can do. Post the user guide in a share point site where your users have access to the file or a google shared drive. Create a text box in the sheet. Copy the link from your browser to the share point site or google shared drive and paste it in the text box. That should definitely work. See the attached sample QVF file there i have created a text box which is a link.

Hi Lauren

If the document is saved on a shared network that everyone can access then maybe you can use the 'launch' functionality within actions tab. Just need to put the file path

I haven't tested to this if this works though....
