Is it possible to Connect the Data in QlikSense Server and how to open Load editor and Data Model Options?

You mean once the app is published to a steam and when user is accessing that app from hub?

if YES, then you have to update some security rules to allow EDIT SCRIPT & DATA MANAGER, etc...
