Hi Dear QV Community

I have the following three local installation in VM Machines (With VM Ware)

  2. QlikSense 3.0.1 on Windows 2012 R2 Std Ed

I have the following problem to try to connect Qlik NPrinting to QlikSense, the conection never ends (Allways still in Generating Status).

The steps made for the connection was the following

  1. The QlikNPrinting services are running with a Domain Account (“QLIK\qlikservices”)NP_Issue2.png
  2. The three servers are in the same domain network and between three servers can make ping
  3. The QlikSense Server has configured one user directory connector to see the users from ADNP_Issue3.png
  4. “QLIK\qlikservices” user are included in “Logon as a service” from Local Security Polices in QlikNPriting ServerNP_Issue5.PNG
  5. The QlikSense certificates was generated with “QLIK\qlikservices” user from QMC, was included the machine name and secret key (not passoword)
  6. The QlikSense certificates was installed on Qlik NPrinting Server with “QmcCertificatesInstaller” tool located on “C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\Tools\QmcCertificatesInstaller” folder and with “QLIK\qlikservices” logged in server

You connection in NPrinting (#9 from your list) uses http:// and it should be https://

Try stopping the NPrinting services and delete the connection. Restart the services and create a new connection.
