Failed to open the QVW file

Hi everyone

We have a QlikView file created in QV10. We try to open it on another server with QV 11.2 SR11 but get the following error message:

"The document... failed to load."

There is no access problem to the source data from the new server, and we have migrated many other applications from QV10 over onto the new server without any issue. It's the only application that will not work.

Do you have any idea about this issue?

Kind regards

Hi Andrew

The file is not corrupted as I still can open, reload and run it on the old server with QV10. Can a corrupted file work in this way?

Hi Andrew,

Is it possible that the section access is present. But distribution through QMC is not done properly.

I'm just experiencing this issue on the new Publisher server and not on the old server with QV10.

So is the issue only when opening on the access point from the new server?

yes, we have two servers with QV 11.2. On both servers we are not able to open the file, but the file is working well on the old server with QV10

Hi Ali, try to open it without data. If you can't, delete meta and shared files on publisher, and reload document from task.

Regards!!
