NPrinting Reports are not sent

Hi,

we have temporary license for NPrinting server and designer:

Quantity	Product	End Date	License Key	Control Number
1	Qlik NPrinting Server	07/09/2016	3100560531884290	28861

Quantity	Product	End Date	License Key	Control Number
1	Qlik NPrinting Designer incl	07/09/2016	3107606861772630	48834

I updated them successfully for NPrinting .

Nevertheless, the reports are not sent to the recipients.

Logs of NPrinting show successful sending without warnings/errors.

Please help.

Did you check your email setting once ?? try to restart NPrinting server and try to send a text message

Hi Avinash,

before that temporary license we had a permanent one.

The reports were sent then without any problem.

I restarted the server after installing new licenses.

Then sent test email.

It did not come to me despite the successful notification.

SMTP server is up.

Ok, then its the problem with Temporary licence it will allow you create the NPrinting  project but you would not have the privilege to send the emails ...try to check with the partner or upgrade it to permanent licence
