hi ,

Can we handle chart override in Nprinting

whenever the data in chart increases first chart override the below data .I want that first chart should automatically  break and shift along with the below chart  whenever the data increases

As mention in output required image in output required2 ppt half of  the chart shifted to second page of the ppt  along with other charts

no its very tedious process ...I could guide you

1.First you need check the no of rows that need to their in each PPT

2.once you have number , then assign this to a variable

3.Using Macro read the number of row in the pivot table

4.You need to write a loop code to split the excess number if row to next page

5.You need repeat this code to all the pivot table

Can u help me out..or is there is any other way to hide chart in  the slide when limit exceed

Its like developing a mini Project it requires good knowledge of the VBS . Once I get time will try to do this
