Cannot send email using NPrinting 17.1.1 with Sense 3.0

Hi experts,

I have 2 servers into one Qlik sense and in another Qlik nprinting , both under the same domain , I've created my app and I managed to make the connection, but I can not send mail, checked the logs and I get this: " HTTP2 : server : error reading preface from client 192.168.1.192:xxxxx : timeout waiting from client preface "

Someone can help me with this issue?
