Access is Denied error in trying to create connection

I'm trying to create a new ODBC or OLE DB connection in Sense, and I'm getting an Access is Denied error message. When I test the connection (using SQL authentication) the connection validates, but when I choose "Create", it fails. I have Root Admin and Content Admin, but there must be something I'm missing. Any ideas?

Ended up figuring it out. Changed the ContentAdmin security rule to apply to Hub and QMC as opposed to QMC only.
