Hello,

Is there a place in either the License Monitor or the Operations Monitor to view some analytics on my other apps I have created? For example, I would like to see that User1 has viewed App1 x number of times; User1 viewed Sheet1 x number of times, etc.

Also, is there a way to limit a certain user to only see certain values of a dimension within an app?. For example, User1 is only allowed to view data for the state of Ohio, User2 is limited to only view data from Ohio and Kentucky, user3 is allowed to view all data, etc.

1. I have got upto who accessed what app and when, at what time. But didnt got a chance to see which sheet and etc..using Ops Monitor app. Not sure if current logs will record the extensive logging.

1.  In the operations monitor, the Session Overview and Session Details sheets will show you the applications accessed.  I do not think you can see the sheets accessed but you could possibly create/add a new sheet to the application to view this data.

2.  I believe Section Access is what you are looking for to limit data by user.  You can find plenty of information in the Community on how to implement this functionality.
