Dear team,
To resolve the issue of CALS getting deleted automatically after assigning to users after some days what I underatood from Qlik thread is that we need to upgrade to SR12 with some additional patch.
Can you please confirm if patch is still required or simple upgrading to QV SR12 will resolve this issue?
If patch is required after upgrage to SR12 who can do this patch fix from QV support.
Pleasae advice as Client are upgrading to SR12.
You should contact Qlik Support with this request.
In theory, each patch is to be applied to the current SR, and a customer/user has to sign a document that he will upgrade to the next service release as soon as it is made available. Moreover, patches can only be applied to a very specific release of QlikView software (they "patch" or replace binaries that will be different in the next SR), not to a later or an earlier one. That's the theory.

Upgrade to SR 15, I presume you are refereeing to 11.20.
