User level Access

I have 10 users in the server, I need to give access to each user based upon each country.

That is for 1st user, I need to filter the dashboard based upon country 1 and then show the dashboard using user1 credentials and similarly for 2nd user, I need to filter the dashboard based upon country 2 and then show the dashboard using user2 credentials.

Is it possible to apply user level filter in server or in qliksense itself?
