The test mail from the QMC giving failure message. 'Failure Sending Mail'. I am using outlook mail id. i have configured the mail server settings as provided by the network team. When i send test mail through telnet from the same server it's happening but its not happening from QMC.
I am not able find logs also to find the exact issue. Please help on this.
QlikView Server doesn't support sending emails through TLS, and that is eactly what mail services require these days. I guess you're tryikng to send emails to Office365?
You could try using a local mail server to forward your messages to the final mail service.
