scheduler nprinting

Hi Expert!

I am usign NPrinting 16 and i have an issue.

I create a report and then a scheduler a job that contain the report, if i run manually works OK, if i scheduler a one shot and have nprinting OPEN work OK, but when i scheduler one shot and i CLOSE nprinting, the task do not run.

i activate the scheduler, but if i close nprinting designer, the task do not run.

what could be

Hi Fernando,

If you want to use the NPrinting Designer Scheduler feature then the application (Designer) should remain open - this is as designed. You will need to use NPrinting Server that runs as a service to get schedules to run unattended. See: How to Configure QlikView NPrinting 16 Service

Thank you Daniel, i will configure the NP Server and not the designer to scheduler the task
