Hey there,

Sometimes this happens to me aswell, but if I select the process 1 and end it using the button 2 then I could work with Qlik Sense again if starting again using the link from the start menu in Windows 10.

Have you tried to install the newest version? If not, try to download again and test it. If that doesn't work, please contact me

Regards,

Hello,

Thanks Miguel for your reply and your reactivity but It was not that, but I found the solution :

We must update drivers (graphics...) of the PC.

I tried several things:

-to repair and reinstall QLIK
-to rename Qlik's folder in Documents for Qlik recreated a new folder

Solution found by Jason Lyons on topic :

Start Qlik Sense Deskstop -> Hub with white screen

Resolution

  • Try below steps:Locate the Qlik Sense Desktop installation, default under C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense
  • In that folder, open the file "services.conf" in notepad for editing
  • In the top of the conf file should see a section [globals] where it says LogPath="${HOMEDRIVE}${HOMEPATH}\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Log"
  • Change the LogPath to the actual log directory, as default: "C:\Users\user_name\Documents\QlikSense\Log"
  • Restart your Qlik Sense Desktop
