How to group items in Pivot Table

Hi,

I got a question from a user today regarding a requirement of grouping items in pivot table in Qlikview as how she can do it in Excel...

In Excel, users can select items in pivot table and right click and select "group" to create new groups. In addition, users can edit the name from Group1 to a better and more meaningful name. I like that feature myself but I really have no idea how can we do it in Qlikview... Any thoughts? Thanks!
