Hello Guys,
I am facing problem while trying to access hub through active directory username, the user is already synced and has been allocated the token. But when try to access from outside through the domain name or IP or machine name it doesn't allow to proceed after password challenge. The popup prompts again and again as if I am passing some wrong credentials.
The strange thing is that, inside the Qliksense server machine when I start the browser with this AD username and then give credentials it works fine. Then after when I try to access it from outside through any (domain name, IP or machine name) it asks for username and password and I give it also works fine.
After sometime when try again to access from outside it behaves like previous i.e. not able to login, popup prompts again and again.
Kindly give me some hint how can we solve this issue.
