Hi,
i installed full installation,single machine with iis in my machine.
my accesspoint, qmc are working fine.
But directory service connector url not working. and throws a msg.
what is the cause? is it any configuration need?
and also windows-users not listed in users tab in qmc.
but from these users i always connected with qmc
Not sure what you want to do, but you manually configure the directory service connector using the systems tab on QMC. No other URL needed (the one that is displayed elsewhere is for web service connection).
in dsc@myservername->local directory
i gave path local://servername
uaername:
password:
then it shows a red astrick symbol.
As far as I remember, there is not much to do for a local directory configuration. Just press the button to use the auto-configuration.
BTW, have you used a user with local administrator rights for the user that runs the QV services?
If you hover your mouse cursor over the red asterisk symbol, a tooltip with an error message will be shown. What does it say?
Perhaps you need to define a local admin user int he configuration.
