Dear Team,
On production site we have one external machine that reloads document on qlikview server .
Each document size is grater than 10GB and it takes alomost 4-5 hours for document to gets reloaded.
From the past one week while reloading it get failed with error as "Disconnected trying to recover...""
I don't have any clue what is getting disconnected andhow to resolve the issue.
Can you please guide and advise?
Hi
Check the Document log for more details. Event viewer in server will also gives some details if there is any issue in server and not in QVW.
I could imagine that on any point there aren't enough system-resources (CPU, RAM, Network). I think you will need the log-files from the document and the task and to use the governance dashboard and maybe the windows event- and performance-logs to locate the error.
Beside them I would think if there are any optimizations possible - using from incremental load-approaches, document analyzer to find unused fields and some more things.

Dear Team,
I checked the Document log and the execution failed with "Gnereal script error"" .
There is no specific or details error that could help in finding the roort cause.
Same document was getting loaded properly .But problem came from last week .
On RAM side server machine has "756GB"OF RAM .
Also check is the connection to the database is active or not during the load. It happens during the reload, the database maybe on maintenance and offline.
Maybe the lines above the error-message could give you a hint what could have failed.
