NPrinting 16 Table of Contents

I have a requirement to provide an NP16 report in xlsx that has a Table of Contents on the first tab with links to the other tabs. Is it possible? If so, suggestions on the best way to approach it?

At first,create Nprinting excel template with first tab having tab links and use this for your excel Report generation.
