Unable to export story

I am using Qlik Sense v3.0.1.

When I try to export a story to PPT or PDF from both published and unpublished app, I get the error message "Export time out" after several minutes.

I have tried with several stories, even with only one graph at one page, but I am not able to export.

Export of a sheet to excel is working, but if I try to export a sheet to PDF or as a image, I get the same error.

This has been working before and I can not understand what's causing this error.

Are you using Qlik Sense server or Desktop?

Hi Marco,

Thank you for looking in to this. I am using Qlik Sense Server.

I've checked the link, but the problem can not be that it is too large since it will not even export a single sheet/graph. Also - it worked a couple of weeks ago.

Try to restart services : Qlik Sense Printing Services

and do exporting again.
