QVP connection on Section Access documents

Hi,

Have anyone managed creating a connection that is a QVP Server connection to a document with Section Access using NTNAME?

I only manage to connect using a server connection when the documents are using USERID/PASSWORD.

When trying to connect to a proper section Access document I receive:

Connection status: "No engines are working"

Even if the engine in fact is working and Im able to create other connections:

Cache Status: "Error Request has been purged due to connection errors"

I'm using 17.2. Any ideas or pointers are welcome.

Can you please elaborate?

Note: I'm trying to connect to a document that successfully been published to the QV-server.

Also, I'm authenticating with a NTNAME that in fact has access to the document.

I have the same problem in QVP 17.2.

Trying to make a connection with a section access report on the Qlikview server, but it gives the error "Error Request has been purged due to connection errors".

Hi Sander,

No, meanwhile I'm expecting Qlik to improve Nprinting I decided to temporary use the ADMIN/PASSWORD approach.

Example:

SECTION Access

LOAD * INLINE [

ACCESS, USERID, PASSWORD

ADMIN, ADMIN, ADMIN

]

With this approach I'm able to create a data connection to a file published into the QV Server.
