How to export entire data to PDF

Hi Eveyone,

How to export data to PDF.

I have a Pivot table data in my sheet, in that i have 1000 records of data. How do i export to PDF entire data.

When i am trying export it is not coming full data set. it is only exporting screen shot of page.

You can export it into Excel and then convert it to PDF.

Hi Naresh,

Export it to excel and convert is not a right practice, it might happen , there will be any indenting or alignment f cell issues.

The point here is , You are expecting 1000 or million of rows in a single pdf , I donot think this is a right way of reporting. Please confirm once again your use case

Create a Report and add this pivot. In access point  print the report and save it as PDF file. This is how i done for an project

Hey there,

What I advice you to do is to make screenshots of your straight table and create a history of that table. In the story teeling you can export easily to PDF
