Access denied

Access denied. The server has no USER CAL for your user name.

Some users couldn't open documents.

What? Did you check the user right in AD? Did you let automatically enter new users? Do you have enough licences?

Hi,

In addition to what Martina says, do you have either assigned licenses to those users or are you allowing license lease? (QlikView Enterprise Management Console, System, Licenses, click on QlikView Server, and on the right side "Client Access Licenses (CALs)", General and Assigned tabs).

They only have 10 Named User Cal's and they already have assigned them
