Solved: update doesnt work - Qlik Community

When i tried to update to my desktop version(2.2.3 i got the message version experid) to the new available one , i got a failed message to install. Uninstalling and installing doesnt help. Does anyone else have this, and or know how to solve the issue. The online chat didnt know the answer and proposed to put the issue on the forum. I have enclosed the log file from installation. Thanks in advance.

Failure problem is solved, running as administrator, the program runs and finishes. But the program is nowhere to be found and no shortcut is being made. It doesnt show up on program list either.
