Organize Qlik Sense apps by folders

Is there a way to organize my qlik apps into folders - i.e. I have several apps pertaining to one subject e.g. Analysis on business in Asia vs Analysis on business in North America.

Is there an extension or a way to do this built natively into Qlik?

Thanks,

Lukas

In Qlik Sense Enterprise you organize them in streams.  Which are basically folders.

With the desktop I don't think that you can do anything like this.

Yes no option if you are using desktop

Check this one if you are using server https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/3.0/Subsystems/ManagementConsole/Content/manage-streams.htm

Hi Lukas,

For desktop , The answer is No.

For Server : Streams are the solution you are looking for. Go to QMC => Streams , Create New one = add users . Then go to your apps => published it to the concern stream.

Hi Lukas,

  You can manage your Apps in Qlik Sense Desktop in the following way;

  - Move all of your Apps from <user profile>\documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps to another folder structure with subfolders. After that,  the desktop hub will be blank with no apps.

  - To open an archived app, just drag and drop the qvf file to the Qlik Sense Desktop Hub. The app is opened no matter which folder is stored.

  - New Apps are always created in the default folder, but you can move them after that.
