availability of qlik sense single server

Hi All,

i have a single node installation and i want to make another server available as backup for this single node.

In case of single node server down or any issue, so that i can activate the second server for use.

Is it something possible without a multinode configuration. please advise.

in that case,

How i can set up a second server as a backup for my current single node installation

How can i move over to second server in case of my current single node  ever go down

Is there a reason you are avoiding a multi node installation ?

It does seem the obvious way forwards, but you may have other factors to consider.

thanks for your feedback.

Actually with multimode we have some sync issue faced and other factors are there because of which i don't want to go by multimode installation.

So in that case how can i prepare another server available as backup which i can use

I would sort the sync & other issues and use a multi node install.

I always believe in sorting the cause of a problem as opposed to treating the symptoms.

thanks, we are currently working in order to fix these issues with multimode installations.

But at the same time i am trying to explore this alternative to make another server ready as backup

please advise if this is something possible??
