AD users can't logon to the Qlik sense server

Hi All,

I installed Qlik Server on Windows 2012 R2 Data center Stand alone machine which is running fine, I opened QMC and imported the users with help of Active Directory but I am not able to connect to the QMC with imported users.

I did the User access allocations still not able to connect with imported users. Then I moved my stand alone machine to Domain and tried to connect, still no luck.

Appreciate your help on the same.

QMC is can be accessed only by RootAdmin role users,

Assign the role and try again.

Yes, the users I am trying to login are have RootAdmin roles.
