Is it possible to hide a column in a standard table based on value of the Dimension?

I am using an extension to provide a filter with radio buttons. The dimension that is used is dynamic based on which radio button they click on.

I have 1 column that I do not want to display for every choice.

Is there a way to conditionally hide it?

I believe you can't hide a column on the basis of any condition ,yes you can set expression not hiding. Sorry
