I can see some different link you are using to access to hub.

Is it https://servername/hub?

Got to a web browser and type in https://%senseserver%/%virtualproxy%/hub. For this document, navigate to https://sense11/vproxy/hub.

What does the vproxy in the above refers?

this is the last but one step and the in ACTM process and we need to enter the link in the browser then it will redirect us to to users.

you can find the  ACTM fie here https://community.qlik.com/servlet/JiveServlet/previewBody/8160-102-1-11311/ConfigureAccessControlTe..., point 2 in 11th page.

vproxy refers to virtual proxy ,if you have not configured any virtual proxy in QMC using central proxy then directly access it as https://servername/hub
