How can we change the font color, grid color in the sense single

We did some update of css in the below folder, but NOT work.

What we want to do is as below

C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Client\themes\test(self created folder)

C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Client\themes\sense

C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Client\autogenerated\qlik-styles.css
