How do I create a horizontally scrolling dashboard?

Hey,

I am new to Qlik sense. I have some experience in coding with HTML, CSS, D3, JS, etc. But not much.. I was wondering how I can create a scrolling dashboard as the one shown in this video by Qlik Dork:

Let me know if I missed anything that I should have provided. Any help provided will be much appreciated.

Robert, I guess this may possible with sense extensions.

There is a extension called horizontal list, but I don't think that is what I am looking for.
