week starts 14:00 ends 12:00

Hello,
I need to make week start in Saturday 14:00 and make it end in Saturday 12:00.  All days starting at midnight. ALL days must have 24 hours and Saturday need to be 22 hours day.

Basically my week should look like : Sat 14:00, Sun, Mon,Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat 12:00


I uploaded my data ticket.xlsx if some one need.


All ideas are welcome.
