word cloud results in blank page

Hello all

I downloaded this extension http://branch.qlik.com/#!/project/56728f52d1e497241ae697ff

I can't export it to pdf ,,

support : { export: true },

I added this line , and I could find the action item in the context menu

but whenever I export it ,, I get a blank pdf

Did you post an issue on the Qlik Branch site for this extension?

No I didn't as I'm using this as an example for other extensions I created and they have he same problem .
