Governance dashboard unable to identify a node

Hello everyone

In our Governance Dashboard (GD) and in the list of nodes we see an extra node as "Unable to identify".

When selecting "Unable to identify" node we only see a few entries in the Publisher tab of GD.

I've not been able to identify where this "Unable to identify" is coming from? Have you seen this earlier?

We are using QlikView 11.2 SR11 and GD 2.0.1. Any help is appreciated.
