Allow users to view status of distributed jobs, but not run them?

I have researched the option "Disable Task Triggers For Document Administrators", but it appears to not be working.  We are using Qlikview 11 (11.20.12904.0).

I have tried to set individuals in the document administrators options for both the distribution folder selection, and QVS Folder settings.

Is there something more that I am missing, like a local user group on the distribution/management servers?

You mean you can define Document Administrators, but after disabling Task Triggers, theycan still start reload tasks?

Correct.   I am thinking that either its a version issue, or possibly not defining Document Administrators in the correct area's.

I notice that "Document Administrators" is listed in both the Distribution Services location (General tab, Source Folders location), as well as the QVS management piece (Folder Access tab, in each folder location).

This wouldn't be another local server group access like EDX calls need would it?
