Please restart  the server after your activities.

If it does not work delete the old task and create the new one.

Thanks

There are a few thing you could try. First I would make sure that the Service account running the QlikView services on the server has sufficient access rights to the distribution/reload folder. Another thing you could try is to make a new task and check if that reloads, It might seem strange but sometimes this helps.

You can start qv distribution services with an user with administrative privileges on the server please ensure it should be in same domain

Check the task log and document log to see what the issue might be.

If you're not sure what these logs are and where they can be found, proceed as follows:

  • In QMC press the "play"-button for the task that fails to reload. Note the time
  • On your QlikView server, start Windows Explorer and navigate to: C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log. If you cannot find the ProgramData folder, paste the entire path in the address bar of Windows Explorer.
  • Open the subdirectory with todays date value as its name
  • Select the folder that contains the timestamp of the reload and the name of the task. It should contain a DocumentLog.txt and TaskLog.txt.

If you want assistance with figuring out what went wrong, post these two files in this thread.
