Route compliance for the logistics purpose.

Dear All,

Can Any one help me out for develop the QVW for Route compliance. Freight calculation of the actual movement done and which has to be the preferred route compliance loss or gain.

As u may all know that in the logistics movement for the distribution of product is important same cost saving for the movement of good is all important (freight)

For Example:

if I have one warehouse which gets the finished good from one or more manufacturing plant.

Actual Table

P1 Supply to W1 on freight of Rs. 100 per ton.

P2 Supply to W1 on freight of Rs. 150 per ton.

P3 Supply to W1 on freight of Rs. 200 per ton.

P4 Supply to W1 on freight of Rs. 100 per ton.

P5 Supply to W1 on freight of Rs. 160 per ton.

Want to create extra column of movement type (L1,L2,L3.... ) with same key

P1 to W1 will be First preferred movement which is L1.

P2 to W1 will be Second preferred movement which is L2

P3 to W1 will be third preferred movement which is L3.

P4 to W1 will be First preferred movement which is L1.

P5 to W1 will be Second preferred movement which is L2.

Actual Qty moved (150)

L1 move 100 Mt Qty on freight Rs. 100 per ton. 100*100=10000(total freight amount)

L2 move 25 Mt Qty on freight Rs. 150 per ton.150*25 = 3750 (total freight amount) loss of (100-150)50*25=Rs. 1250

L3 move 25 Mt Qty on freight Rs. 200 per ton. 200*25=5000(total freight amount) loss of (100-200)100*25=Rs. 2500

Proposed to move in first L1 movement. which gives the loss to the company of Rs. 3750 if we move finished good from other movement i.e. L2 and L3.

This is the example the data is big and have Primary and Secondary Working for the Route compliance.
