NPrinting 17.0.1 could not stop scheduler service

Dear expert,

My company using QlikView NPrinting 17.0.1. When I run the task, the user can't receive the attachment, even though the setting to attach report has completely done.

When I will restart the services, I found that the QlikView NPrinting Scheduler Service can't stop.

The error message is: Error 1061: the service cannot accept control message at this time.

What should I do?

Open the Task Manger

End Task on the NP Scheduler Service process

This kills the service and can subsequently be started again when needed.
