While adding Doc Cal get system.byte/system.byte mesage

Dear Friends,

While giving access to new AD user on the QMC it is added but its domain and name of the user not display but it is display some thing like this

system.byte/system.byte what is the reason for this let me know please also while i select LDAP directory it is display system.byte[] (LDAP://system.byte .

What is the reason for this please let me know and how to rectify this.

How have you defined LDAP?

and Username and Pasword

2 days back it is working fine now i see this message.

Does the name of the directory or values in the directory use UTF-8? That looks like there is a mismatch in the input and the output character set and Windows "falls back" to byte arrays instead of strings.
