Google map for INDIA statewise

Hi all ,

This i m new to qlikview, now i m trying to create google map for india on statewise.

dos anybody have already created app ?

Also please tell me ,if use dynamic image colors tab, its not showing anything only bubbuls are showing , when i use static image it fine  for some states but some states are not coming correctly.

please tell for dynamic image what changes i need to do ?

What you're creating is not a Google Map Extension.

You're using Scatter chart to have data points and it is tricky to use Scatter plot. As far as I know the Google Map has suspended the API's and maybe that's the reason you cannot see the map layer in back ground.

Use Google Map Extension (Bubble Map) or SVG (Polygon Map)

Google Map requires Latitude & Longitude for your Indian States

SVG Map requires 2 digit ISO code for States (Ex: Gujarat 2 digit code might be GJ)

Note: SVG is free map and Google Map is free (Dev & UAT) too but in production you have to leverage their servers and API's etc. Please read the Terms of use for Google Map extension or consult with someone who knows that.

If you've sample data for Indian states I can build map for you and post here?

I can see Map and dynamic image as well in the qvw you've provided.

Initially i want see on region basic i.e 4 dots in map,

After i select any region in the map accodingly states should come without changing the positions of place.

I tried but no luck...

In other way,

also if i select any region in list box , respective states are coming but Not exact positions.

Hi

If you dont want zoom fubctionality then you can fix the zoom variable .... for instance assign zoom var to 4 and delete slider incase you dont require.

Yes , i deleted the slider and checked . But no luck.

Its working fine for me ....I just deleted the slider and ....set the zoom var to 4 ...thats it.
