Rolling Month issue

Hi,

   Please find the attachment and let me know how to write the expression,because while changing the month delivered releases and Total planned releases should be change  as per the month but the months should not change it should be from Sep-Aug only, but in this case month is changing with expression.So i need to show Sep month Delivered Releases also and till Aug Planned Releases as well.  Please help me out on this. Thanks in advance.
