Authorization and Data Modeling

Hi Team

There is Data Source S1 where only 2 levels of hierarchy are mapped(Region ->Territory)

And Data Source S2 where all levels of hierarchy are mapped (Region-Territory-Country)

we need to implement country based authorization

Master Data for Country:

Region->Territory->Country

1. How will Country Based Authorization work for Key Figures/Charts developed from Data Source S1 where data is mapped only for region and territory?

2. Since Country will be Master Data, what kind of approach to be used for Data Model.
